What is the return policy?
We offer a 03-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 03 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Certain items, such as customized products, clearance sale items, or products marked as Final Sale, cannot be returned or exchanged. These products will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Not all of our products are covered by a warranty. Only selected products include a 3-month discoloration warranty, and these will come with a Warranty Card inside the package.
To claim the warranty, you must present the Warranty Card. The warranty covers discoloration only under normal use and does not cover scratches, breakage, accidental damage, misuse, water exposure, perfumes, chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.
If you wish to return an item, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure the product reaches us safely.
